TechOWL Statewide Device Loan Program for Pennsylvanians

TechOWL's lending library is easy to use. Most device loans are for five (5) weeks, except for iPads, Chromebooks, which may be borrowed for nine (9) weeks.

If you want to browse the equipment catalog, ues the "View Items for Loan" button below. 

If you want to borrow a device and have an account, click the LOGIN link below. If you do not have an account, click the REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT link below.

• Please limit your selection to no more than 3 devices. This helps us keep more items available for other potential AT users to borrow.
• You can choose to have 1, 2, or all 3 devices sent to you at a time.

IMPORTANT NOTES SECTION:

• AFTER you click the Submit button, a Notes section will appear.
• If you are borrowing an iPad, enter the names of the apps you want here.
• You can also use the Notes section to let us know if you want the devices sent together or as they become available.
• You can add any other important information, such as changes in shipping address.
