The WatchMinder 4 is a programmable vibrating reminder watch designed to support time management, organization, task completion, and executive functioning skills. This device functions as assistive technology by providing discreet vibration alerts and personalized reminder messages that help individuals stay on schedule, remember important activities, and increase independence throughout the day.

This device can support individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, memory challenges, executive functioning difficulties, hearing impairments, and other conditions that may benefit from structured reminders and routine support. It may be used in home, school, workplace, community, and therapeutic settings.

The WatchMinder 4 provides quiet vibrating reminders, allowing users to receive prompts discreetly without disturbing others. The vibration alerts are especially beneficial in classrooms, meetings, workplaces, and other environments where audible alarms may be distracting or inappropriate.

The watch features Reminder Mode, which allows users to create up to eight personalized daily reminder messages for important activities such as medication schedules, homework completion, appointments, self-care tasks, and daily routines.

The device also includes Training Mode, which provides repeating interval reminders throughout the day. This feature can be used to support:

• Attention and focus

• Self-monitoring

• Habit development

• Time awareness

• Behavior modification

• Independent task completion

The WatchMinder 4 is programmed through a free iPhone or Android application using Bluetooth connectivity. Once programming is complete and the watch is separated from the phone, it does not require an ongoing Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection. Because of this design, it is often accepted in school and workplace environments where smartwatches may be restricted.
