SugarPixel Glucose Display

Device Description

The Sugar Pixel is a secondary glucose display and alert system for individuals with CGMs. It uses randomized tone generation audio alerts and vibration alerts, which can help wake heavy sleepers of individuals with hearing impairments. The vibration alerts use a puck that can be placed under the pillow or attached to the headboard. It has a large LED display and can display glucose levels for multiple users. The Sugar Pixel provides alerts for low and high glucose levels, and the values for low and high glucose levels can be adjusted. The glucose values can be color-coded, it has multiple display options, and the user can select an emoji display to help provide visuals for glucose levels. This device requires a WiFi connection and can link to the Dexcom app, the Libre app (with at least 1 Dexcom follower or Libre Linkup Connection), a Nightscout site, or a Gluroo account. It measures 6-inches by 2-inches by 2-inches.
