Only individuals who provide care may borrow this item. Caregivers may include those caring for a parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, friend, or anyone else. Applicants must be actively providing care—whether part-time, in the evenings, on weekends, or full-time. To borrow this item, applicants must first complete the Respite Kit Request Form: https://forms.office.com/r/wVwMANMRPg.This Weighted Blanket places gentle pressure on the user, which can help them relax and release stress. It is dual sided, with a fuzzier warm side and a smooth cool side; the device is still usable during both summer and winter. The Weighted Blanket may be helpful for individuals who need calming sensory input. This blanket measures 29-inches by 24-inches and weighs 7-pounds. |
