Device Description
The Arcana Strum is an adaptive, accessible instrument that pairs with your computing device (PC, Mac, iOS, or Android) for audio output. Suitable for musicians of all skill levels!
It provides the same range of notes, chords, and creative opportunities that you get playing a traditional guitar. The keypad on the left controls string presses and the joystick on the right controls strumming. Can be rotated for right- or left-handed playing. Customize for your best fit by swapping out the grips or plug in the E-box accessory to control all functions via external switches.
To get started, connect the Strum instrument to your audio output device. We recommend starting on a computer so that you can use the Arcana School website (https://www.arcana.school/). For composing on-the-go, you can also connect your Strum to a mobile device running GarageBand. Learn more or download the Theory & Song booklet at https://arcanainstruments.com/support/
Note: The kit does not include switches. If you would like to use switches to play the Strum, please add those to your loan cart separately.
