The Flood Sensor is a remote monitoring system that alerts the user to water leakage. It comes with one hub that functions as an alarm, and several sensors that can be placed in several areas. The hub connects to WiFi, then can be monitored from 200 meters away using the app. It can notify the user by app and SMS to ensure that the user receives the flood alert. The detector has adjustable volume—low, medium, and high settings. The detectors have battery lives up to 365 days, and this device requires a smart home connection. The detectors are 18-millimeters thick.
