Oklahoma ABLE Tech: Device Loan: Device Details for Phonak Roger X
Device Description
Phonak have developed the Roger X Receiver to help enhance your listening experience. It’s a small universal device that is compatible with the majority of behind-the-ear hearing aids and cochlear implants on the market. The Roger X Receiver clips unobtrusively onto the base of your hearing aid or implant so it is ready to receive audio from a variety of Roger wireless microphones including the Roger Pen. Alternative receiver options from Phonak include the Roger Design-Integrated Receiver or the Roger Inductive Neckloop Receiver . In order to set up the device you will need to contact the audiologist who helped to fit your original hearing aid. Your hearing aid/s will require an ‘FM’ program set up, and you may also need to source compatible Direct Audio Input shoes. Please note that the Roger X type 03 receivers are not compatible with any generation of SmartLink, ZoomLink, EasyLink or any Roger Inspiro or Roger Touchscreen transmitters.
